6. Website Analytics, Cookies, and Advertising
Our website uses cookies, tags, and similar technologies to help us understand website activity, measure advertising performance, and market ACAS services.
We currently use Google Tag Manager as a central tool for managing website tags and marketing technology. Our current website and marketing tools include:
- Google Analytics;
- Google Ads;
- Google Search Console; and
- CallRail.
These services may collect information such as your IP address, device or browser information, pages visited, website interactions, referral source, advertising interactions, and similar technical information.
Some third-party analytics and advertising providers may collect information about your activities over time and across different websites or online services, depending on the provider, its technology, and your settings.
We use this information for purposes such as website analytics, call and lead attribution, measuring advertising effectiveness, and retargeting people who have previously shown interest in ACAS services.
We may change or add analytics and advertising tools as our marketing systems develop. We will update this Privacy Policy when appropriate to reflect material changes in our practices.
Browser Privacy Signals. Our website does not currently respond to browser-based Do Not Track (DNT) or Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals by automatically disabling analytics or advertising technologies. You may manage cookies and certain tracking technologies through your browser, device, or applicable advertising-platform settings.
7. Marketing, Email, Text Messages, and Phone Calls
If you provide your contact information, we may use it to communicate with you about an inquiry, appointment, service, report, payment, or other customer-service matter.
Where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted, we may also send information about ACAS services.
You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message.
You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP. You can request assistance with text messages by replying HELP.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing ACAS services.
We do not sell your mobile phone number, text-message opt-in information, or messaging consent to third parties, and we do not provide that information to other businesses for their own independent marketing.
We may provide phone numbers and messaging information to technology and communications providers that help us send and manage ACAS communications.
If telephone calls are recorded, we will provide notice or obtain consent when required by applicable law.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Requests
You may contact us if you would like to:
- Update or correct information we maintain about you;
- Ask about personal information associated with you;
- Request deletion of information, where reasonably possible and subject to information we need to retain for legitimate business, legal, accounting, insurance, or dispute-related purposes;
- Stop receiving promotional email or text communications; or
- Ask questions or make another privacy-related request.
We centrally record and manage privacy and marketing opt-out requests through our customer management system.
Please understand that a request to stop marketing communications is different from disabling website analytics or advertising technology in your browser. For example, unsubscribing from an ACAS email or asking us not to send promotional messages does not automatically disable cookies or advertising tags used by Google or other third-party platforms.
You can separately manage browser cookies and certain advertising preferences using your browser, device, or applicable advertising-platform settings.
Where applicable law provides additional privacy rights, we will respond to requests as required by that law.
9. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain appropriate business and service records, meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or professional obligations, address disputes, and protect our legal rights.
Different types of information may be retained for different periods depending on why we collected it and how it is used.
10. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures designed to protect personal information in our possession.
However, no website, electronic communication, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

ACAS will honor privacy rights that apply to us under applicable California law.
We do not disclose customers' personal information to third parties for those third parties' own independent direct-marketing purposes without authorization.
For information about our online tracking practices and browser privacy signals, please see Section 6.
